All back of house positions will be working to ensure successful execution of morning bakes, product development and testing, and more. Expect to work both together as a team and independently.

Bakery assistant (1 Full-time positions available)

RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:

Experience required
Executing the morning bake, ensuring that all product maintains high standards of quality, consistency, and production efficiency
Assisting with prep for the next day(s)
- Chopping + scaling ingredients
- Scooping baked goods, etc
Executing our recipes while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and efficiency
Strong communication and problem solving skills with the ability to work independently
Adhering to DOH guidelines
Weekend availability is a must
Availability around the holidays is a must
- We are closed most major holidays, but we prepare as much as possible ahead of time for special orders, etc.

COMPENSATION:

$18 per hour base pay, with additional credit card tips
Pooled credit card tips average an additional $3 to $4 per hour on top of base pay
Shoe/attire stipend
$50 monthly wellness stipend

FRONT of house

All front of house positions will be asked to familiarize yourself with product, work both together as a team and independently, and more to ensure a positive customer experience! You will work alongside our Front of House Manager, Ezra Hileman.
