RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Extensive knowledge of the service industry

  • Oversee day-to-day operations in the back of house

  • Kitchen Flow and Function

  • Set and maintain a shift schedule

COMPENSATION:

  • $25 per hour

  • Pooled credit card tips (average of $4 to $5 per hour)

  • Shoe/attire stipend

  • After 60 days

    • Monthly wellness stipend

    • Health insurance reimbursement (up to 60%)

    • PTO


Bakery assistant (2 part-time)

 

RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prep Position

    • Chopping + scaling ingredients

    • Scooping baked goods

    • Adhering to DOH guidelines

  • Production Position

    • Assisting with the morning bake

    • Assisting with the prep for the next day(s)

    • Adhering to DOH guidelines

COMPENSATION:

  • $16 per hour

  • Pooled credit card tips (average of $4 to $5 per hour)

  • Shoe/attire stipend

FRONT of house

All front of house positions will be asked to familiarize yourself with product, work both together as a team and independently, and more to ensure a positive customer experience! You will work alongside our Front of House Manager, Ezra Hileman.

RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Assisting customers with food + coffee orders

  • Making espresso based drinks

  • Keeping up with day-to-day tasks

  • Maintaining cafe presentation

  • Opening/closing the cafe

COMPENSATION:

  • $14.00 per hour

  • Pooled cash + credit card tips (CC tips average $4 to $5 per hour)

  • Shoe/attire stipend
